How is the scorecard score calculated?

The SBA sets annual small business contracting goals for each agency across five categories: total small business, small disadvantaged business (including 8(a)), women-owned small business (WOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), and HUBZone small business. Each agency’s actual contracting dollars in these categories are compared to its goal, and the results are weighted to produce a single composite percentage score.
